What is Spot2Nite?

Spot2Nite is an online booking marketplace for professionally managed campgrounds, RV parks and glamping resorts. We list your park on Spot2Nite and our distribution partners, and send the bookings straight into your PMS.

How do I add my park?

Start your free listing. Park Relations builds your listing — SEO bio, photos and search tags — and you approve it. Most parks are live in 3–5 business days.

How do campers find my park?

Your sites are bookable on Spot2Nite and across our distribution partners, including Good Sam, Camping World, ReserveAmerica, Roadtrippers, Campendium, Outdoorsy and RVshare.

How do campers find Spot2Nite?

Through our marketplace and our distribution partners, plus digital marketing, SEO, social media, email, push notifications and RV shows. You can also boost visibility with Advertise: sponsored listings, email, push, social, guest blog posts and more.

How are reservations handled?

Spot2Nite reads real-time rates and availability from your PMS, and every booking syncs back into it automatically. Your rates match your own website.

What does it cost?

Nothing upfront. We charge a 12.5% commission per completed booking, and nothing else. Depending on your PMS it settles automatically per transaction or through monthly billback invoicing.

How do I get paid?

Guests pay in full before arrival. With most integrations, a virtual card is loaded to the guest folio in your PMS; some integrations pay your bank account directly.

Do I need to manage inventory?

No. Availability syncs from your PMS in real time, so there is no separate inventory to update.
